Woodland Village is a modern and new area of Cold Springs, Nevada, including tree lined cul-de-sacs, direct, safe pedestrian and bicycle access from all 2,000 homes to the school, public parks, and Village Center and stores.

Currently there are 7 New model homes, 1300 + new owners living in Woodland Village and almost 2,000 new street trees. The first two parks are complete, the third park is nearly finished, and the brand-new Cold Springs Middle School (5th-8th grades) is starting their second year. Ground has just been broken on the new YMCA of the Sierras in our Village Center.
